" The goose/duck hunting potential is phenomenal. However to me personally the opportunity to see and enjoy the beauty of the Taiga Forest and the great Hudson Bay and all of their flora and fauna is the highlight of Nanuk." Hal Perry, Chicago, Illinois
NANUK LODGENanuk Lodge is located on the western shore of Hudson Bay 500 miles north of Winnipeg. Nanuk Lodge is ideally situated for the goose hunter. It is here that literally thousands of geese - Canada's, Ross's, Snow's and Blue's - make their first landfall of the long trip southward from their arctic home, where they breed and fatten during the summer.
At Nanuk Lodge, far from the stress of your everyday world in this remote and primitive place, you'll feel at one with the unspoiled strength of this land. You'll remember the beauty of the unbroken vistas, the clean crisp air and the seemingly endless flights of geese overhead long after your return to the demands of your daily life.
"The guides embody the spirit of the North. They ensure your trip to Nanuk is relaxing and your hunt successful."Bob Yates Elgin, Illinois

THE HUNTUp before day light and a hardy breakfast behind you, you'll find yourself enroute to the possibilities that the day has in store for you. Whether you prefer shooting over the decoys, pass shooting or jump shooting one of the many ponds, all are at your option, at Nanuk.
YOUR HOSTStewart and Barb Webber and their experienced staff, know very well that it has been a long wait for you to get to this destination. All you have to do is mention your daily hunt desires and they will make it happen.
GUIDES
Our Native guides are not visitors to this land. They are part of it as were their fore-fathers. It is this knowledge that you can depend on as you crouch in your blind while your guide reads the flight patterns.
"There's just no other place like it in the world to hunt geese."Bob Theer Green Oaks, Illinois
